1. Scope and trader information

These Terms govern the use of cronpathos.com and the booking of barbershop services in Kyiv.

This information is provided in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 2657-XII "On Information" of October 2, 1992.

2. Pre-contract information

Before completing a booking, the trader makes available details of services, prices, duration, terms, and consumer rights. Pre-contract information is given under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Rights Protection" of May 12, 1991, and Law of Ukraine No. 675-XIV "On Electronic Commerce" of September 10, 1998.

3. Bookings and payments

Appointments may be booked through the website. Prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. The trader reserves the right to refuse service for health, safety, or conduct reasons.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged at the full service price. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of online booking privileges.

5. Liability

The trader is liable for direct loss caused by defective performance, subject to the limits set by Ukrainian law. Liability for indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Personal data and cookies

Booking forms collect personal data based on consent and contractual necessity. Processing complies with Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" of June 1, 2010. Cookies and similar storage are used in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 1950-IX "On Electronic Communications" of December 1, 2021.

7. Advertising and language

All commercial communications identify the trader and are truthful, under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising" of July 3, 1996. The primary consumer-facing version is in Ukrainian, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian Language as the State Language" of April 25, 2019; this English version is provided for convenience.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to contact@cronpathos.com or by mail to the registered address. The trader will respond within the time limits set by law. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution under Law of Ukraine No. 1875-VI "On Alternative Dispute Settlement" of March 18, 2010.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
