Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

Cancellations by you

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment start time at no charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations (within 4 hours) and no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service price.

Refunds

• Paid appointments cancelled in accordance with the 24-hour rule are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
• If we cancel or reschedule, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

Rescheduling

Email contact@cronpathos.com or call +380 688 280 8860 at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a late cancellation.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact us first. If unresolved, you may use alternative dispute settlement under Law of Ukraine No. 1875-VI 'On Alternative Dispute Settlement' of March 18, 2010.
