Before you book

A few clear terms keep the chair open for everyone.

• Cancellations

  Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price.

• No-shows

  Missing an appointment without notice is charged the full service amount.

• Refunds

  We do not offer cash refunds. If a cut falls short, tell us within 48 hours and we will correct it free of charge.

• First-visit offer

  20% off any single service for new clients only. Cannot combine with other promotions. Valid for 30 days from first booking.
